I figure the guy tied the alarm into the door solenoids but I'll never know until I get a new brain or rewire everything....

    Thanks
Look under the rear seats, it could be there.

You have a valet switch, not a kill switch :)

Yea - it's a hard bugger to find. It's actually inside the speaker cavity down below.

Oh and BTW, cliffords use to have a lifetime warentee(spelling?) - I had an old broken one in a box and emailed them, they gave me an RA and I sent it in. Two weeks later I got another new POS Clifford. I SWEAR the thing unlocks it's self during the night. Can I get a big WTF?

Here an idea for you. Every alarm I've seen has a "plug in harness" - unplug the harness from the alarm "brain", turn it over and see if it starts.

If everything works as normal, you could button it back up and call it a day. If not, at lease you car wouldn't be dead.

Also, a lot of times the "starter kill" is on it's own harness. usually 3 or 4 wires, generally much thicker then the others.

Yeah yeah semantics... all I know is if the switch is on the thing just turns over but never fires. I wouldn't have expected it to do anything at all.

Your car should not have "ignition kill", but "starter kill" instead.

Ok cool thanks. I'm just scared as sh!t to touch any wires that might be running to the hidden ignition kill somewhere... I enjoy DRIVING the car :)

Thanks again I'll take it down and see what I can find. I wish they made those modules hot pink :)

You should find that brain somewhere under the drivers' side of the dash. That is where 99.99% are installed.

Thanks guys I'll check it out. I know it's not in the glove box as I installed a MarkD chip and there was nothing odd (except for the LAMP CORD that the dipshit before me used to wire the front speakers to his crappy Sony head unit. That's all been remedied proper!)

El Gringo I'll shoot you a PM.

Zip tied to the ABS computer below the instrument cluster. All the wires you need are within 2 feet.
