I've got an 88 325i with premium sound. The driver's side speakers, both front and back, cut out intermittedly (both at the same time). When I pump up the volume they will come back on, sometimes. I'm think the factory amp left channel is burnt out. I want to keep OEM setup (actually I just don't want to pay for full rewire). Can I just replace the factory amp, or is it better to just put in a new HU?
