Bought used ms2 v3 new to this need help

Ok so I'm completely new to ms, I bought a unit used, I've spent last 2 days reading I've seen so many mixed things I have several confusing things on how this should be built or wired. Is supposed to be for a e30 m20, it has a half ass adapter harness to a 55 pin plug that has jumpers and broken wires. My car is a 92 vert all stock as of now, I want to make sure the ms is right before I plug it in. My first question is in regards to ignition coil setup, from what I can see it has the bip373 kit. Tachselect to vrin, igbtout to ign, then has yellow wire from igbtin to js10, I'm not understanding the yellow wire from igbtin to js10 should it be there and if so where should it go on my db37 plug and to where on my 55 pin plug, I've seen multiple wiring ways and don't know which way to go, for now using stock coil ignition untill I get what's needed for a wasted spark setup unless this is somehow already set up for it. And also I think I need a m50 tps, I believe I have the adapter already? and from I seen removing AMF for gm iat sensor kit? And what route for iac, is it better to keep stock in I do I need a kit for it? Sorry I'm completely new to this I know I can learn it just trying to somewhat reverse engineer what I have to understanding it, if anyone could look at my board pic and off the top of their head know what it's built for and not for that would be awesome, I plan to turbo the car, wasted spark, maybe boost and launch control in the future after I learn the basics. Right now I just trying to understand what has been done I'm seeing conflicting info on the igbtin to js10 for m20 that's my biggest question then I need to redo the wiring I'm almost positive of, thanks

This is how it is currently wired then also on moronic plug pin 23 there is a jumper soldered to it the other end cam off I'm thinking it was either to pin 24 or to pin 3 on m55 plug

From what I've seen the igbtin to js10 is for the v3.57 board and is supposed to have a 330ohm resistor?

I understand this probably happens alot and is an annoyance ill PayPal someone 10 bucks to spend the time to helping me figure this out and lean this

what have you been reading? The only thing to be reading is the mega squirt manual.

what you have there is a gineric megasquirt that someone has made an adaptor loom to an E30 (apparently), which is different from the pnp megasquirt. arguably the same hardware but you thinking needs to be along the lines of understanding that this is a custom made thing, not an off the shelf e30 product.

your post is really hard to understand your questions. So if you can rephrase I can attempt to help, but some snippets of info for you,

          - oem M20 TPS is a switch with only a "closed" and "wide open" signals. to properly tune the acceleration enrichment in the megasquirt you should switch to a full variable TPS. which is a variable resistor. this is the m50 tps you talk about. It needs to be wired correctly and calibrated in the ecu. you do appear to have the required adaptor.
          - keep the stock idle air control valve, figure out how it works and how it is wired to the ecu and confirm its wired correctly. if its 3 wire it requires 2 outputs, if its 2 wire it only requires 1 output.
          - AFM gets removed (you can rpelace it with a bit of pipe, 2.75" i think, measure it to confirm.
          - GM IAT yes is a good one, i put it in the airbox - you need to confim the calibration curve in mega

As for your ignition wiring quesiton. The BIP373 is a bit of an old school way of doing things, dont even think you can buy them anymore. its basically a mosfet as the "ignitor" for the coil. me personally i would look at replacing it with a genunie bosch ignitor from a miryad of 90s cars. the 124 is popular as its a "dumb" coil - ie no built in dwell control. so you need to do your dwell control like normal in the software.

EFI, Fuel Injection, Auto, automotive, car, TPI, computation, ECU, MegaSquirt, GPIO, MicroSquirt, Sequencer, stim, MegaShift, MShift, DIY, transmission, 4L60E, 4L80E, controller, shifter

You can pick up a 124 from junk yards for nothing, they are basically indestructible, research what cars they came from in the states but its early 90s cars often still with distributors. you can then use it to drive the single E30 coil.

In saying all that the BIP widgets should work but i don't personally know how to wire them. but its well documented.

This setup was supposed to be built for the same car and engine combo I have, so I guess my fist question is I'm wondering if the jumper from igbtin to js10 is supposed to be there,

With this ms being setup to run in a e30 m20b25 from everything I'm seeing it says to jumper igbtin to top of r26 for single coil drive but then I found one arctical that said it's right

For the most part I've figured out how to and everything I need for iat, icv, tps. I guess now I'm just trying to figure out the board settings then move to wiring, the yellow igbtin to js10 is throwing me off, then the wiring on the made adapter is half wrong, so leading to me think 1. I'm either not understanding something right. 2. It was in a e30 with an engine swap so wired up differently then a m20, or previous owner really messed things up lol

There you go. The manual knows all.
