    help small problem

I have a E30 3.5l turbo. A beast of a car the name is "Loose". The car is megasquirted with MS1 029y4 does a great idle. Revs like a bear. There is a small problem I cannot get the TPS to stay calibrated. I can get it to zero as I hit the gas it starts to ramp up and the numbers from the tps start to climb like they are suppose to. Here is the funny part, the numbers zeroo for a second or two the car bogs. Then just like magic it purks back up and almost burns the tires of the rims. I was thinking maybe a bad e36tps so I changed for one of those automatic 6 pot jobbies and that suck even worse. Here lies a question is the megasquirt that smart to know when your car is getting low on fuel. Because usually when the fuel level light comes on the problems start. Or is it that the pressure in the tank is getting low and making it run like crap. :?
