ha i havent had a muffler for close to a year. my muffler pipes were bend so i cut off the muffler with the plans of going to the junk yard to get another but never worked out.

this is what an M20 with headers and 3" straight pipes sounds like. Unless you want the attention of the cops in the next town over I suggest against it (however it is fun to put tags on it every now and again)

Is a high flow cat a suggestion?

Edit: With a cat-back exhaust, such as the one listed above..
I'd assume that a high-flow cat will have no effect with the stock rear muffler section

Holy crap that's a good deal! I just paid $50 for a 2.5" in/out Thrush. They sound OK, but without a cat or at least resonator they don't sound so good. I have it as my resonator and a DTM muffler on the end - backfire during tuning blew the guts out of the cat, replaced it with the Thrush.
