    Vane sensor

    I was discussing my turbo plans with a friend who owns a shop in Ocean City maryland that specializes in turbo setups and building big horsepower imports. He has alot of knowledge about motronics and he brought to my attention that the vane sensor is going to be reading WOT even if the throttle is only half, especially with a small quick spooling setup. He is predicting drivability problems with an FMU setup, like the car will have a very peaky all or nothing behavior. Is this the main problem with an FMU setup, or will I be able to keep this too a minimum by changing the tension in the spring?
