Intercooler Reccomendation? need help!

I'm actually using a volvo intercooler as well. I mounted it upside down. Mine may be a little different though, because it doesn't really hang below the valence at all. Fits beautifully, and the AC condenser still fits.

Give you measurements when I get home from work. It fits in front of the radiator.

If that is a 24x12x3 it will fit perfectly if you take the fogs out.

I have a couple intercoolers to choose from. T3 manifold to turbo out of thick mild steel is exactly what i'm looking for. Even have a prototype. I'd prefer ceramic coated. Also have a 524td manifold. Seems they can be had for around 80-100 shipped. I'm actually going to need a lot of stuff coming up real soon. I'm sure we can work some stuff out as i have enough spare turbo stuff to start my own drift team. Lol

Stock exhaust manifold to turbo adapter?
Or T3 to T4 or larger adapter? I can do both...

I was going to build a couple of them till I scored a cherry 524td manny..
I still have the parts sitting on one of my welding benches..

Seriously? You asked us for our opinion. Why do it twice, sell the Volvo unit and get one that fits. I have a small one that I would sell for $40 plus shipping. Should be more efficient too since it doesn have plastic end tanks.
