I'm currently working on my first e30 turbo build. Coming to the last few things before starting her :)
before I do that I need some guidance in the wasted spark upgrade. I have a ms2 with 3 drivers out puts. I know there are a lot of e30 using the GM V6 coil packs. I'm interested in doing individual coils for mine. So far I seen two ways of doing this. First is requiring the ms2 to have 6 drivers. This option takes up the spare wires that you can possibly use for other upgrades down the road.
The second is using the 3 drivers and connecting 6 individual coils to the three drivers. Basically each driver would run 2 coils.
Please let me know if anyone has done the second option. I want to know a little bit more before I start buying the wrong parts.
