Looks like I need this throw out bearing - https://shop.bmw.ca/p/Bmw__/CLUTCH-R...511204525.html

Think I could get away with extending the rod to match the distance between the late model TOB? It isnt much and I would wayyy rather do that vs taking off my headers/exhaust and dropping the transmission if I can avoid it.

Presumably it is possible to extend if you have the parts/means

I appreciate all the input on my clutch issues. I couldn't see any issues with my installation, so I made a new rod that was 1cm longer and it now works great. Still cant get the setup to stop squeaking. Anyone solved this issue before?

Friday the car goes into my dyno tuners shop to have a new wiring harness built and then get the carbs working. (hopefully) - Then a new paint job in mid June and upholstery shop there after. Hope to be driving it in August completed. Lets see if it was all worth it haha.
