This is an electrical problem, not fuel related. Have you tested both your CPS and TPS? I know you said the TPS is new, but i've seen "new" ones not work.
After those two, it leaves you with DME.

im pretty sure i have the 173 but i'll double check today and get back to youI see -- and which DME do you have? the 153, 173 or one of them fancy schmancy 380s?
the 19lb injectors shouldn't be a problem because the ecu can re map but if its a 153, you may have problems and thats my bet at the moment (although I do reserve the right to change my bet at any time if I think of something else!) hahaLeave a comment:

as far as i know the fuel pump is the one thats been in there for years. just ordered a fuel filter an hour ago, FPR was new in november as were the injectors. 19lb injectors cuz they were cheaper than stock at the time lolLeave a comment:

just because your CEL code is probably a Lambda code doesnt point specifically to the 02 sensor, it can be any number of intake, exhaust or ignition problems.did i mention the o2 sensor is a month old? also sometimes on the highway the car will just die. the rpms will just drop slowly with the deceleration of the car. sometimes it will catch itself and kick back in again and be normal, other times i gotta shut the car off and it starts right back up and doesnt do it again the rest of the trip.
my car has a brand new 02 sensor in it and does things very similar to what you describe.Leave a comment:

i'll try to get a video up here in the next couple days. videos are better than trying to type out an explanationLeave a comment:

I have the exact same problem on my 90 iC
feels sort of like a rev limiter, but not exactly like it.Leave a comment:

Timing advance not working? I don't really know how the air fuel mixture works on these but it could be that.Leave a comment:

Lol yes jokes are good.
but its just like a new rev limiter. there is no bogging. it just stops at like 4500. i thought fuel but i think its way to constant to be always at 4500 to be a fuel issue.Leave a comment:
