    How much higher are the mounts compared to stock? I would not want to go solid mounts are the rubber or urethane mounts the same height?

    I don't think you can get the engine high enough without it hitting the trans tunnel. I know you can lift it though, just doubt it would solve your problem. I say go skid plate or air suspension! then you can go all over the place. but seriously, you may have to go ugly and lift the front end some. I put washers on my engine mounts with my M10 and it helped but that was an off road car. I still had to lift the whole suspension.

    Kershaw: If I put a skidplate I think I will basically get stuck on my driveway as it would sit lower then the Pan does now, unless I just get speed up and smash my way on out.

    And to bmw325csi, Have you installed different sized engine mounts?
