When I pull the plug from the ICV there is no change in idle. When I open the oil cap when the motor is running there is no change in idle.
Can anyone tell me what this could be? I have two known good ICV's BUT the motor still idles at 500. When I disconnect the ICV to TB hose the motor dies but when I lift the oil cap nothing, unplug the ICV nothing.....
