hey guys i have an 1988 super eta... i didnt drive the car for almost a year. i just put the battery in and have turned on the cars a couple times, im hearing a sorta faint almost knocking/ grinding sound when im inside the vehicle. It sounds like from behnd the motor or in in the front of the tranny. When i'm out of the vehicle i dont really hear it, i just hear my valves. since i bought the car the previous owner told me that it had a stage 3 clutch in it. after i drove it home i heard a noise that reseambles the current one alot i came to the conclusion it was the pilot bearing or tranny related because it stopped everytime i pushed in the clutch. but the sound now is constant.
so my question is can it still be the pilot bearing or something in the tranny even though it goes in to gear and it doesnt go away at all.
