        Pictures would definitely help, I'm guessing the E28 boot and the E34 boot are differtent? E28 seems a bit longer.

          No, e32/e34 boot since the e32/e34 box needs a specific boot. What I had to modify/cut is the cover behind the headlight area. I'll take a picture today.

            FWIW the e28 air box fits but it's ugly as sin.
