i live in texas and our summers definately suck and my daily driver is my m30 swapped e30 with no a/c but the solution is a windshield reflector that i put up when the car is parked and while driving roll the windows down and put the sunroof at a tilt add a heavy foot and you get an air cooled cabin...well cool enough to keep me happy. i also have black sport seats which can get extremley hot. seriously though even when i drive cars with a/c i keep it off and the windows down unless the women in the car complains about the heat...

I've driven cars with no A/C in mexico and they were not fast and I was in the city (stop and go traffic) so when I drive my M30E30 in SC I think "hey, it could be worse"

What you should be doing is moving it all to the back seat. Low polarity of movement is what you should be after :)

I've done an AZ summer with no AC, granted it wasn't fun, but I didn't mind it too much. I think I only wished for AC one time.

I'd like to drive a moderately-built sample of both configurations to compare. I'd love to have legendary M30 torque, but I love the M50 look. As it is now, I rarely open my hood, (greasy M20, sweet!) so driving fun means more than sitting around looking at my engine. Of course, if I had a clean M50 stuffed into the car, maybe I'd fix that annoying hood which won't stay up without aid of a stick. :D

If you really want me to take your car Mr. E thug. No, I spent alittle more sence I wanted a almost new engine rather then reuseing something from the junk yard.
