suggestions on getting a place to get a swap done?

i always have questions and am always on the search for great shops/businesses so sorry for the overload of threads looking for parts, help, & knowledge.

i live in the midwest and am willing to travel somewhat to drop my car off and would prefer a professional shop so i can complain & bitch if something major happens after dropping my hard earned money.
