Help with finishing my 5spd conversion list...

I have:

Tranny - no linkage(s)/lever
Drive Shaft
Brake Booster
Pedal Box
Clutch Kit
Slave Cylinder
Master Cylinder
Hoses

What else besides the below am I lacking or do I even need all of the below?

5spd Radiator
flywheel
tranny shift linkages/lever
tranny mount and isolators
starter?
guibo?

I'm so close, just need to know exactly what I lack and find someone/someplace to help.
