power to fuel pump until I crank.

So this morning went to my car to start it and it started right up, 10 seconds later died. Started it up again and then died again 10 seconds later. Tried to start it a third time and wouldn't start. Now I know it is not the Main relay because I have just replaced that one, I sprayed some starter fluid in the TB and it tried to turn on so I know there is spark. The fuel pump primes when I jump pins #30 and #87. and I can hear the injectors ticking, but when I crank the power to the pump goes away. Also sometimes when I check ground to the DME it is there and sometimes not. Most of the time it is there though. So is this the DME at fault? Or should I be looking elsewhere?
