HELP! Idle hesitation problem (Vid Included)

I've just had the worst luck with my M42, first leaking than a vacuum hose problem then another leak and now an idle hesitation. I recently changed a few cracked hoses that are under intake and replaced everything to my knowledge. I put it back together and it cranks over but misfires and dies right after. I removed the lower intake manifold to get to a few of the hoses and pipes and might've not secured the fuel rail correctly (I don't really know if this is the problem but I bolted the lower intake manifold on tight) but I'm not sure. Keep in mind that before the leak (which was a throttle body coolant leak) it ran smooth no hiccups whatsoever.

    Thanks in advanced!
