Replace the clutch, pilot, and throwout bearing. The flywheel probably needs to be resurfaced (single mass) or replaced (dual mass).

That's what it is. It's gotta be. It's still doing it. How does one go about fixing that?

Tranny mounts could be causing it if the trans is not sitting where it should. Could be as simple as worn syncros.

Sounds like the clutch is not fully disengaging, how does it shift into first with the engine off?
How far off the floor does it start to engage?
Do you have an adjustable clutch stop?

    Problems getting in first gear..G260

At a dead stop i sometimes have trouble getting it into first gear. It doesn't make any grinding noise, it just takes a bit of extra force to get it into first sometimes. If I'm coming up to a stop sign and I shift into first before I come to a complete stop, it has no issues. It's very smooth. It's only when I'm at a complete stop.

I know I have bad tranny mounts. Could that be the problem? I have new ones waiting to be installed when I get all of my clutch stuff in
