Ok so my question is how dificult and expensive would be to make an '89 325is into 5spd using a '90 325i 5spd tranny?
My current '90 325i has body damage that adds up to 4000 using all oem parts. My 90 has 127k on the clock runs strong and body is (was) super clean so is the interior. I got sport seats and tthey look brand new. I put bilstein sport shocks, zimmerman cross grill rotors. I've seen an '89 with 97k but is automatic, body is in decent shape so is the interior. So I'm torned between fixing mine or buying the '89 and making the swap.
What do you guys think?
