Much help needed!!!!
Hello all, I am a new member from sunny jamaica, here's my setup and issues
1. 1989 325i Coupe (american so LHD)
2. M30B35 Mated to Getrag 240
3. Single mass m10 flywheel with m20 pressure plate and disc (i was told)
Issues..
1. second gear syncrho died (PO killed it)
2. I finished the clutch last Saturday night
3. got a 260 from a parts shop, bell housing says 260.0.1302.92 (searching the internets says its possibly an m5 box (280)) however the rear of the box says 260.0.1302.91 ...
ok now here is where it gets tricky for me
I don't have the original flywheel neither does the previous owner, now my question is if i bought a M20 (325i specifically) clutch disc will it work with the gearbox i bought, i cant seem to locate the spline sizes.
please note i have not removed the existing gearbox as, yet and i will be in miami in a few days so i would want to order and pick up.
