Driveshaft length

Hey, I was just wanting to find out what the tailshaft/driveshaft lengths are on a e30 318i (m40) and then the shaft length required for a 24v conversion with G240? the E36 325i driveshaft that people suggest is 1512mm on realoem... Does this sound right for what is needed?

I've found a few bits of info but nothing definitive
