    Loud squeal/screech after clutch replacement

Just finished replacing my clutch with an ACT 6 puck clutch and billet single mass flywheel. New pilot bearing also.
Its making a loud squeal/screech when clutch is depressed.
    Video here
I hope I don’t have to pull the tranny again. This is my first time doing a clutch job.
Any suggestions as to what it could be? Online says it could be pilot bearing, but its brand new.
It goes into gear and drives while on stands, haven’t tested on the road.

It seems like the noise goes away when you release the clutch which suggests a throw out bearing.

If it makes noise when you push the clutch, it's the throw out bearing or an installation problem inside the bellhousing. Yes the transmission has to come back out.

I did some more research, I think it could be the starter + flywheel gears slipping. I'm gonna try messing with that first, if not, it almost sounds like a bolt / metallic object rubbing somewhere inside the tranny. Who knew single mass flywheel would be a pita

I also inspected the TOB when tranny was out, there was no play and it spun smoothly, maybe I just need to replace it
