There's a recent thread where all of this is also discussed... the part numbers are there already. :)

I wont pass faulty first install in my part so this time I am taking my time installing and ckng shaft aligment but in any case let me know what you end up finding out, post a M equivalent part number etc.

Yeah, I'm convinced it'd be a nice driveline upgrade.

I'm basically calling it a year with my drifting season.... stop spending on tires so much and just invest in preparing the car for next year.

Jason from C3 motorsports is rocking an M5 guibo on his beefy-ass M20 stroker. I suppose that confirms it? You should PM him (Slyder).

Look into the ones from e36 M3's. Im rocking one in my car. Ill have to measure the bolt pattern and compare it to my e30 driveshaft. Its like twice as beefy as the stock one was.

Then we can't call it that cute "guibo" name anymore. We'll have to call it the "balls out disc".

i've given this some thought and was thinking that having the rubber quibo in there would actually be alot smarter than having a cnc'd piece because if there is no rubber to tear/break, then something else will break. how much does a quibo go for anyways?

I've thought about it... I have access to a CNC machine... I'm just wondering whether it'd actually be worth it.

I believe it isnt. Last time I ordered one, I had found out days later (while it was still being shipped) that TJ had just destoyed the same exact one after 3 weeks worth of use. I installed in on mine anyways and got about 3 months, with no abuse (back before I even drifted).

Now that this one has gone as well, I'm looking into some sort of an upgrade. My main concern is using something that will end up getting in the way of my Z4 3.0 SSK or that will disintegrate like the one mentioned above.

E30's had two sizes. I accidentally ordered the small one once. The difference was comical. If yours is the small one too it might be worth looking into.
