Clutch disengages very slowly when car is stopped. I need some help

    Hi everyone,

My car is a 1986 325es, and it started having a problem with the clutch recently.
Basically, I have to hold the pedal down for a few seconds to be able to shift into gear(any gear, 1st 2nd 3rd 4th 5th & reverse!!!).
It has bad input shaft bearing so I can hear the clutch engage and disengage all the time. The noise takes about 4~5 seconds to go away, and after that I can shift lolll

It is only happening when the car is stationary; when it is moving/rolling, it shifts fine in any gear.

At first, I thought it has to do with the clutch hydraulic, so I bleed it, not helping.
Also, everything in the hydraulic system is only 7 months old, but I was skeptical so I still replaced the clutch master, still it doesn't help also.

Any idea? I'm frustrated... I can't figure it out and am driving a land cruiser as a daily. I want my mpg back lol!
Working...
