    Gearbox arrived today.

Pretty clean and slides into all gears, I'll be replacing all the oil seals to be on the safe side. Hopefully it will run this summer

My cat drowning in plastic foam the came with the box

    small update

300mm.de mounts check, just paid for them today. Having them delivered to me friend in Luxembourg :) He's going to take them with him next time he flys to Iceland so I dont have to pay import taxes and vat.

I was going to have my own made but considering that I dont have my own garage to do the swap, I want to minimize the time it takes to put the motor in.

Think ive got the most ideal parts for the swap now x5 headers, e30 m3 driveshaft, v8 booster and 300mm.de mounts.

Sure does, and with e34 coolant reservoir it a must. Just wanted to remind that it is not absolutely necessary :)

im not sure if they are any special shape but you could probaly get 20mm material and just measure the distance between the bolts and cut it, unless theyre arent flat then itll be tricky, im more concerned about the motor arm mounts

That car looks amazing! Great job on the build, and good luck with the V8 swap.

    That's some gnarly damage!
