So I'm stuck
On my wiring I got a harness from one of the members here and the first problem, is that the knock sensors I'm using are 2-pin and the connectors on the harness are 3-pin. Second issue is that I kept some
M62 parts like the Alternator, starter, and oil filter housing.. I noticed the M62 alternator just has a plug on the back of it. And the M62 starter is just 1 big plug. And there are no big plugs on the M60 harness for the starter or alternator.... So dpi need to swap
Out the alternator and starter for a m60 one? Or what? And get a match harness for the knock sensors??
motors close to being started so just need this info

You will want to use the knock sensors that match your harness, plain and simple. For the other things, I haven't looked into that on my swap yet so I have no advice at this time except that perhaps they can be pinned out and appropriate pigtails sourced.sigpic
