Doing a full overhaul as the previous owner took everything off (carrier and bumper shocks included) for an aftermarket bumper and I'm trying the find the hardware part numbers. Got the box of for the bumper hardware 51119059108
The green circles I'm assuming are (#5) 51411959137but I can't seem to find the rest (in red). Is it the same bolts as the ones for the bumper shocks (#15) 07119902900?
