    Blower motor lacks power!

Alrighty, I recently changed my blower motor and motor resistor because the motor was making a horrid sound from being out of balance. After I installed the motor and resistor I haven't been able to get power to the blower motor at all. I have cleaned and reconnection wires to the blower motor as well. It used to work in position 4 which is the flag that made me change the resistor. I have checked the molex connector under the steering column. I also do not seem to have any blown fuses. I do not know where to go from here....

What else could I check to make sure power is getting to the blower motor?

Could the Fan switch itself be faulty?

    Anything I have overlooked?

    Thanks for any insight.

You could have a bad switch, or (if used) a bad blower motor. What happens if you jump power directly to the blower?
The car makes it possible, but the driver makes it happen.
