Low idle when warm when in gear.

I have a 91 ix that idles a little too low when the car is warm and when the car is stopped but in gear. The idle is solid and doesn't move around, it is just too low, around 500. Not the ICV or TPS.

edit. Took out the stock DME and tossed in a 173. Idles perfect.
