A/C drain hose replacement?

Seems like my passenger side AC drain hose is cut in half and leaking onto/under my carpet. Im going to try order a new hose from blunt but does anyone know how to remove the hose from the body?
Ive tried pulling out the rubber hose with pliers and havent had any luck.
Anyone done this before?
