    water in door

I recently picked up my first e30 a 87' 325is. The previous owner had it stored in a barn for 6 years. It has a musky smell and recently I found out after a heavy rain the drivers side door fills with water. What seals should I be looking to replace?

What condition are the weather strips in? Bottom of the window. See #3 and #5

Unplug number 12 and the water should come out. It would be best to take the door panels off and clean inside the door to clean the drains

It looks like the outer seal is the issue (#5) it seems dry rotted and doesn't hold tight to the window. How do I replace this? Look like the chrome trim may need to come off?

I've tried to take mine off but it seems like a pain to take off
