    fuse box feeds/grounds

I am having a problem on my fuse box. The load reduction relay never closes so I cant do anything with my windows. I have found that the problem is I am getting 12V on pins 30, 85, and 86. I should not have voltage on 86 as that should be ground. So it seems that I am geting a live feed into 86. The problem is I cant trace it back any further. I cant tell which wires feed the fusebox board and which wires are the grounds for the board.

Does anyone know which wires are the fuse box grounds and which are the feeds? Once I know the grounds I can start tracing the wires back and figure out where the problem is.

I stared out upstream of the fuse box at the window switches and traced it all the way back but I have hit the fuse box and now I am stuck.

The weird part is pin 86 only goes live with the ignition in run. Somewhere along the line the green ignition wire has to contact a fuse ground wire causing chaos.
