I took my 88 325i for a ride today to get the exhaust finished. It was my first time taking it out...put on about 80 miles. So number one: I have a bit of ticking going on under the valve cover so I think I need some adjustments are these valves adjustable? Number two: I have some shaking going on when I get going over 45ish. I know that the rear half of my drive shaft needs to be replaced due to a bad U joint. I just put a new Center bearing in and everything else seems to be good. I am not currently running power steering and the steering is a bit goofy and tracks kind of hard. I don't know if any of this could be the cause. Any ideas would be great.
