yeah the led conversion is worth the 4 dollars, and then you can get an even brighter light in diffrent colors if you please

Your spring must be catching on the metal contact ring somehow.

Chop it up and do the LED conversion. I did that like 5 years ago and it still shines bright blue.

I couldn't get mine back together with all the parts.

Hey golde30 would you know by any chance if the dealer still sells the lighted key interinals? My key is just the hollow outside part with nothing inside. Werid shit.

okay, so i took apart my lighted key, the one that looks like this:

and now i cant put it back together...the guts shot out, and for the life of me i cant get it to go together so that the button still works. everytime i get it together the button is stuck. thanks for any help.
