I know you cant fit M3 calipers on a non-M3 front spindle, but other than that what are the differences?
I think the M spindles may have some built in camber, but also might the M3 spindles push the axle centerline more foward than the non-M ones?
im talking about differences in the spindle/knuckle itself, not geometry affected by different CA's and CAB's
