    Over Voltage Protection/ABS Issue

My Over Voltage Protection of the ABS system keeps blowing the internal fuse immediately after I turn the key to the on position. I have a spare ABS control unit and it seems to be the same as far as which pins are grounded and which are not. I have the wiring diagram but not sure where to start.

I am still having ABS issues with my 1989 325I. I have an ABS light constantly on. Found the Over Voltage relay fuseable link melted. Wired in a external fuse 7.5A in place of the melted one. Once I pluged the Over Voltage relay back into the harness it popped the breaker immediately. It sounds like a short somewhere. I tried looking at the ETM and did not see a very good pin out diagram as to where to start. I do have a spare control box and they seem to have the same open and resistance by going pin to ground or pin to pin while checking disconnected.
