suggested pads for e46,330 front with z3 ,1.8 rear ?

hey guys....trying to determine which pad compounds/brand would help to alleviate front brake bias when using:

e46/330 front rotors and calipers
z3, 1.8 rear rotors and calipers

this is a non abs 85 chassis, weighs in around 2500#s. any aggressive braking typically leads to front wheel lock-up.

any suggestions ?

would the e32/750 25mm master cylinder help or hurt issues ?
