Here mine with the ix grond control coils
So there is a coilover kit for ix's? Do you mind sending me the link?

    Thank you so much!!

It's not really a kit, go on ground controls website and they sell a spring kit in whatever weight and length you want for the ix. Then you will need shocks, bilestien and koni make direct replacement shocks for the ix but if you lower it to much it will ride like shit so that's why some people use the generic koni race inserts and shorten the strut housings to fit so you will have some suspension travel.
Your signature picture has been removed since it contained the Photobucket "upgrade your account" image.

Anyone have a Broadway Static set up? Thoughts? I'm looking at fitting a set of Broadway Static 500's on my '91 E30 318is, and i just wanted to get some feed back or tips on the set up. Thanks!

GC does have an IX specific kit...

To be clear, the only difference is spring lengths.

Due to the crappy roads up north, I'm moving on to some Megan coils with more appropriate rates. I'll also be able to drop the front a little more 8)
Hey bro are you running 16x8 on ur ESMs?

Hi r3v. I just found a great staggered set of Alpina wheels 16x7/16x8 and plan to run them on my late model 325is, which is currently at stock ride height with OEM springs and Bilstein HD. My question is how do I get it to sit exactly like this...? Spring recommends and advice appreciated.

Thanks... will the H&R set alone drop the front enough to even out the gaps like the pictured car? I'm worried about the "reverse rake" look that the stock late model has.

on my car it did..........you may have to play we rear spring pads a little ...cheap , and no biggie

buuuuut Hr race are not comfy on bad roads.

no reverse rake here.........try to not see the frt wheel/tire combo........this is an old pic early on in her devt to track day car.

there are many ways to get it done.........

coilovers give you flexibility above all else.

It looks like the rear arch sits over the tire, while the front has a gap. Aesthetically I'd like the gaps to be even, with an even little space between the wheel arch and the tires.

Get coils, I have h&r race springs with with bilstein sports and I have tucked rear wheels and the front has some gap.
