Here's a instruction how to install them in the front, I think it looks like shit. Dont't think it's possible to go low with these, not in the front atleast.
Instructions are for V-maxx but it's the same as JOM.

if you want true coilovers on the rear of an e30, youve got a lot of work ahead of you.

If you're worried about rake and you're not satisfied with the look once it's done you could probably take the adjuster out and just run the coil in the original spring location.

My interest is peaked for my DD build.

While I'd like to know the spring rates, I'm not as concerned with that as I am that the rates work well together, front to rear, and that the shocks are valved to match those specific springs.

It appears that the rear springs simply use an adjustable perch in the stock location, and that the rear of this kit isn't actually a coilover, or am I missing something? The intial ad posted in the OP claims up to 60mm adjustment, the other for the GB claims 40-80 front, and only 30 mm rear (??). Seems like there's going to be quite a bit of rake involved in any install.

Obviously not anywhere near a track setup, but still could very well be DD suitable, provided you can get the car level.

    Thoughts?

If you haven't tried it or at least seen the product real hand, you should just stop posting

Well, that is whats appealing, aside from it being less than your average lowering spring setup.

Im not going to switch, nor do i imagine the autox guys will, but theyre just cheap coils. they will ride well-ish, handle OK, get you low-ish and thats pretty much it. (unless JOM completely fucks up the e30 application compared to prior setups)

vortex gets stoked over 300 dollar full coilover systems. My buddy has 300 dollar raceland coilovers. He thought they were so fucking awesome. I told him you realize this is a pile of scrap with some oil in it. But but but, everyone on vortex said they are great!

For $380 thats a deal. JOM has a decent rep on vortex (i know that they don't care about performance as much as we do) and is only a $30 more then tokicos. I'm very tempted to sell the bilstein/eibach setup on my ride to try these out.
