Well I asked and they said they didnt have the lb/in rating on the springs on hand. Im going to try and contact KW directly and find out. I did take the springs out and stood on them. Im 6'2" 230 lbs and I definitely didnt compress the front or rears 1" so they are atleast 230 lb/in I would say

i dont know if the springs are stiff or not but its a deal i couldnt pass! i ordered a set :D wont get installed though. not until next month or so. i really need springs mine squeak a lot from the po running the car with blown shocks for half a year

im sure they are somewhat stiff since they lower 1.5 on a 318is
either way ill order a set friday to replace my hr sport oe that are so worn
