Shock Part#C 350604W11?

I'm trying to find out more about the car I purchased a few months ago.
I'm not sure what the shocks are. They are yellow (Bilstein or Koni) but they don't have any marks on it other than a serial number: C 350604W11.

Any one with information on this?
