    Lowering e30 325e

Hey I've got a 325e looking at lowering the front end a bit. I'm getting a pair of strut housings possibly and if I shortened the housing and put ix struts in an used stock springs would that still lowering the car or would it need springs as well? Also considering building coils with parts from gc, adjusters and springs. An what would be good options for the back? I've hit the search button and get lots of mixed reviews, may try IE rear coils.

if your cutting your housings I would just go all out and build coilovers, your half way there. check out A1 racing for coilover parts for a good price. I had their sleeves and adjusters on a e21 i have for many years and never an issue

rears are a waffleswaffleswaffleswaffles, i have ran race-land coil-overs and they weren't horrible as long as i didn't have the thing slammed(alot better than JOM), but if you can find someone parting out there RL kit i would try to snag there rear set up and build a good front sent up
