Can the following from a e30 be used on a 99 Mroadster?

IE stage 3's
eyeball arms
I know the rear suspension in nearly the same and should work but what about the front? I have a great line on this setup for my Mroadster if it will work I am doing it! I can look at both cars when I get home but need to know before I lose the deal.
