Q about 60/40 H&R cup kits for Cabrio

I have a question about suspension:

I was planning to get this H&R cup kits 1.75' rear and 2' front.

I called turner motorsports to order but the guy said that euro H&R Cup kits probably wont fit US cabrio.
I just want to know if he was right
What do you guys suggest If i wanted to lower my cabrio to 60/40 ?

Any suggestions or comments would help
