Need some encouragement...
Hey guys at R3v. I want to introduce myself..I am a noob to this forum. Shall I get started...Well here is my story. No flaming please...hehe.
Well, I got myself a set of coilovers for my bmw a while back...cosmos..Me being the noob I am at the coilover scene I placed the setup all wrong like most noobs. Well I read up and decided to take it into my own hands and do it the right way. I hope. I dont have a saw to cut the housings nor a decent welder so I just cut the perches off and set my sleeve on it. I did manage to have a friend just do little welds on the bottom of the sleeve. I hope I am doing it alright. Im just asking for a little bit of feedback and what type of dampers should I run? Also do you guys know of anyone who would sell rear springs with rates at a decent price...like cheap? well here are my progress pics.. Sry that I dont have any pics of my chopping her up...to into the moment I guess.
