I just finished putting h&r sport springs on my iS and I don't know if it's already been said on this site but if you still have the jack that came in the trunk you can use it to pry the trailing arm down, have it pressing against the frame and make sure it's not the part that's past it that looks like a pinch weld(I dunno it's thin) and then the part thats meant for the pinch weld on the rocker needs to be put against the caliper and then you just crank it and the old spring comes out easy and new one goes right in no spring compressor needed
