    steel wheel hub cap (not the wheel cover)

    does anyone know how ( #8 ) attach?

      I suspect it pushes through the center of the wheel, and gets sandwiched between the hub and the wheel.

          It is held on by the lug bolts. At least the ones I had years ago where like that. The center portion had a flange that went under the lug bolts.

              wow. thanks for speaking up. ^ Thats was the only way i could come up with but i thought it sounded a little crazy. i dont have all the stuff in one place to test it out. just these caps on my desk, mocking me
