Hartge rims unidentified

I picked up these wheels few months ago with the plans of putting them on my wifes Mini-van. They fit/look great but the stock brakes had a hard time pulling them to stop. We've just moved into a house without a garage and these are taking up space in my tiny storage room. I'm planning on selling them soon but don't know enough to give a complete description.
Things I do know:
-genuine Hartge rims made in Germany (Ronal)
-19x8.5" et20
-came off a 1997 Ford F-150
-fit 1997 Plymouth Grand Voyager
-Some curb rash
Any info would be great.
